What Cause A Breast To Grow Bigger In Size?

my right breast just grew big in size in last couple of days...its way out of proportion to my body and has lost its shape. I am worried. I want to consult a specialist to diagonise if anything is wrong. But is there something that I can check myself before I consult a specialist?. Thanks.
