What Cause Abdominal Pain And Burning White Discharge From Vagina?

i m 21 yrs, sexually active, i had an upper abdomen pain and loosemotions, forwhich i took ciplox tz, meftal spas, ranitidine... immediately as i got relief from the pain, i strtd wid vaginal itching again for which i took allerid.... after an hour, i took norflox tz to control my loosemotion... nxt mrning i had a white vaginal dischrg along with itching, which eventually turned to some creamish yellow discharge, which burns like hell... especially wen urinating... i m using surfaz+2% lignocaine at present...
