What Cause Burning And Swelling In The Clitoris?

my clitorous is swollen.and it burns when i urinate.it started being swollen after i took a hot shower.but before that it was normal and there was just itching and burning on my vagina.iv tried icing it and putting on anti-fungal cream.but my clitorous just wont stop being swollen.im a 15 year old Girl.what do i do?
