What Cause Cramps And Bleeding When Feeling Hungry?

I have a question that involves my friend she told me like last week that she's been having pain like cramps and bleeds like when shes on her period but when she eats it goes away but when shes hungry again that happens again with the cramps and the bleeding she said it couldn't be her period because she has recently had it. Im very worried about her i been doing researching but i cant find anything i hoping that you can be helpful shes 18 years old she is sexuality active please let me know soon please and thank you
