What Cause Discomfort In Abdomen Along With Loss Of Appetite?

My grandma is 83 and she is loosing weight fast. She has loss of appetite and feels like something rolling around in her stomach. She went to the Dr and they gave her some antibiotics and gas peels. She still feel like something in her stomach. For years she ate a lot fat and greasy food. What do you think is wrong?
