What Cause Exhaustion, Drowsiness And Headache?

I have been exhausted and have felt like i cant stay awake and have to take naps a lot over the last few weeks. I now have developed a horrible headache. Unfortunately I just lost my insurance and have no way to pay to go see a doctor. Do you have any suggestions on what could be wrong with me?
