What Cause Headache, Nausea, Back Pain And Stiff Neck?

Hi. Lately I have been getting severe headaches and a stiff neck with back pain. It is also accompanied with nausea without the vomitting. At times the headaches disappears for a minute or so and I feel something liquidy around my upper eyelids ( in the inside). Then this headache starts again. Could this be a migraine and what is this liquidy feeling?
