What Cause Inverting Of Clitoris?

For the past several months (9 months), my clitoris has been inverting. Just a few days ago I discovered that it is almost in all the way. I still feel it a little but its almost in already. I also have white spots and lines and I have been discharging a lot for the past 4 years. My clitoris use to be out a lot, now you can barely feel it. I just turned 29 and have never had children. What can be causing the clitoris to begin to invert at this age?
