What Cause Of Feel Dizzy, Nausea And Slight Head Ache ?

I am feeling dizzy and have been for the past days off an on. It started on Saturday, very bizzare half of me (my left side) felt sick - nausea , dizzy, slight head ache for about 4-5 hours. I feel dizzy right now between my eyes and the back of my head..... dont know whats going on. I am 35, 5.3 tall, 170 lbs native american woman. I do get stress headaches quite a bit but I dont have any bad medical history .

The description you have given fits into category of migraine. I would suggest you to consult a good neurologist and get treated for the same. I would suggest you to drink plenty of water, eat fresh fruits and vegetables, avoid smoking/coffee/tea/cheese/fizzy drinks for some time.
