What Cause Pain While Coughing And Sneezing?

hello, my name is Melissa and my side has been hurting since last meek and it hurts worse every time I cough sneeze laugh and even tough it, and it cant be my gallbladder because my back doesn't hurt and I'm not nauseated, I also haven't strain myself and I didnt run into anything it just hurts for no reason why is that?
