What Cause Persistent Reddish Rashes On Thighs?

Hi my question is one of my legs has a lot of blochy ness on my entire thigh that is a purple/red color. It never goes away. It has been this way for a few months now. I was wondering what it could be? It feels completely normal though and does not bother me.also, how can I treat this?
