What Cause Pink Mucus Discharge And Abdominal Cramps Instead Of Period?

Please type your query here...hi, 3 days before my period was due I had a pink mucas spotting very similar to what I had before I went into labour with my 2 pregnancys, i still had usual pms symptoms for a week leading up to this but no actual period, it's now two weeks since the spotting I'm still getting cramping in my adoman on and off during the day as if my period will start at any moment but just loosing alot of clear/White mucas instead, I have done a pregnancy test yesterday that said negative and I know it's not due to stress as when I stress it brings my periods early, should I be worried.
