What Cause Red And Itchy Rashes Around Anus And Testicle?

I am getting rashes near my testis and anus it burns me too much it gives a lot of pain it force me to rub that area but after i rub that area i got high pain so please help me Because my area near testis is fully red in shade suggest me cream or taking medicines
