What Cause Severe Back Pain Post Neck Injury?

I failed at a backflip while drunk and landed on the back of my neck, I had back pain for a few weeks and couldn t move without big pain and i was really hard for me to sit up a few months later my back just feels uncomfortable but stop hurting, so what could the problem be.
