What Cause Shaky Arms And Legs?

Hi Doc, I have had symptoms for a week. Face drooping, eye shifting/rolling/closing, neck pulling to the sides. This happens to both sides.
Blurred right eye.
Beginning of the week also included violent shaking of arms and legs but I could hear everyone but couldn't respond.
I have had blood tests which have all came back normal.
