What Caused Penis Bruising And Burning After Sexual Intercourse?

hi i have a quick question. i had sex a while back. the condom came off halfway through for a second. then i put on a new one. i fell asleep with the condom and residue inside it still on. the morning after the deed it burned when i urinated. it burned a couple days after as well. not really that painful, just a little bit. after the burning stopped, it felt as though the tip of my penis was bruised. whats going on with me? it has since stopped feeling bruised, and does not burn anymore.
