What Caused The Bite Mark On My Inner Thigh?

I have what looks like a bite mark on the inside of my right leg and I just noticed it this morning. It is maybe the size of a dime in diameter and is hard and slightly raised. It also has a red ring about the size of a half dollar around it. There is a single puncture in the middle. What could it be?
