What Causes 6 Weeks Bleeding After Taking Mini- Pill?

Got 2 Depo shots... when it was time for the 3rd, went on the mini-pill as I'm still breastfeeding. Now, it's been 6 weeks and I'm bleeding all day for the entire 6 weeks. Is this normal? I don't have monthly cycles and took Clomid to get pregnant. I normally get my period only 2-3 times per year.
