What Causes Bump On My Pennis?

i have a bump on the shaft of my penis its been there for about 2 months but hasnt bothered me i recently noticed its getting bigger but wont pop no matter how hard i squeez it. im very worried its about 3mm wide and is circular..but also there is a line about 6mm coming from the bump ? any suggestions on what this can be?
