What Causes PCOS?

i visited my doc and did an pelvic ultrasound and its shows that my right ovary is 3.19 times 3.14 cm and my left is 3.38 times 2.65am, both of them show multiple small periperial cysts. the appearance is suggestive of mild ploy-cystic ovaries, show i worry about it
