What Causes Polymenorrhea?

hi may i ask u about polymenorrhea that i was lactating and my menstural cycle was stopped bc of lactation after 8 mo of lactation i get mensturtation but now i experience from polymenorrhea since i get mensturation after lactation, plz i want to ask about causes an d treatmen
