What Causes T Wave Abnormality In ECG ?

Hello, I just had an ECG done today. My result came out as t abnormality in inferior leads . The axis t= -3. Should I be worry? Thank you. I am planning to have a double jaws surgery next week. Can I still do the surgery? I am 20 years old, 5 feet and 100 pounds.
