What Causes TB In Uterus?

Hi, I am 28 years old woman and I hadTB in uterus. I have many questions related TB in uterus - What are the causes for TB in uterus - Will it spread to others - what are the cautions need to be taken care -my doctor suggested to use AKT-4 for 6 months and get lever function test done monthly, is there any other tests needs to be carried out? Please answer my questions
