What Causes TSH Level To Be 30?

My (almost)5 year old daughter has just had her TSH come back at 30! I m wondering what you would expect for symptoms. The only reason the test was run was because I have hypothyroid; we were actually testing her iron levels, and thought what the hell lets add a few other queries to the blood/lab.
