What Causes A Black Dot In Lacrimal Caruncle?
Hello, I have a black dot in my lacrimal caruncle. It has been there for about 7-8 months. A year ago I was diagnosed with microcystic adnexal carcinoma on the outside of the same eye. I had to have an area on the side of my face removed down to the bone plus reconstructive surgery. What could the black spot on my lacrimal caruncle be?
