What Causes A Black Dot On The Clitoris?

Recently I have noticed a very tiny, newly found black dot on my clitoris. Could it be from using an electric shaver on my bikini line, and possibly nicking the clitoris without at first noticing? I noticed this black dot a few days after using the electric shaver.
