What Causes A Black Spot On Lips Of A 15 Week Old?

I am African-American but my baby is brownskin he's African-American as well I just noticed his top lip has a dark black spot I know some black people have dark top lips such as myself so I was wondering does that mean his top lip is going to get black?He is 15 weeks old
