What Causes A Bleeding Bump On Chin?

Hi. I had what i thought was the start of a pimple on my chin. I tried to pop it, but it only bled. It swelled and became infected. I am on day two of antibiotics (oral and topical). It looks like a pea sized bump now. No redness anymore, but the bump is concerning. Any ideas?
