What Causes A Blister In Nose With Tender Glands Under The Jaw?

I have developed a sore inside my nose and swollen/ tender glands under my jaw on the same side of my face. My head feels pressured as do my ears. I have diarrhea, no appetite and feel fatigued but can only sleep sporadically. I also have a chill, no fever.
