What Causes A Bloody Discharge From The Penis After Orgasm?

I have occasionally seen a very small amount of blood come out of the tip of my penis after orgasm. This happens once every 3 months. I have had cancer in prostate and successful treatment with broadband radiation 7 years ago. Thank you. Bill Bowman
