What Causes A Bloody Discharge With Light Cramping?

Hi, I had the copper t inserted four months ago. I've had browny discharge between periods since. My last cycle I didn't have the discharge but now my periods ended three days ago And one day later I started a pinky/browny discharge with eecially after I had intercourse and today I had a period kind of bloody discharge with light cramping etc. What is happening?
