What Causes A Bloody Stool With Rash After Starting Birth Control?

I started a new birth control about 4 weeks ago and I currently have my period. This evening, I found blood on my stool. Not just that, I also have a rash. I cannot remember the last time I had one. I'm not sexually active and I've never had these problems before. What do I do?
