What Causes A Boil On The Lower Eye Lid?

hi, im not sure if its a boil but it like a button in my lower eye lid. it is round and red and also soft. i'm not seein anywhere to burst it. i had another one in my other eye, it was small however it was not red and it went down for itself after a few days. please help i dont knw wat to do becuz i tried antibiotics and teramicin cream but i see no results.
