What Causes A Breast Lump With Fluid And Pain?

I have a small discolored spot under my left breast, if I run my finger over it I can feel a rather large firm lump under it, I've drained it before and it usually goes away, but as of late its gotten bigger and wont drain. Its also rather painful now.
