What Causes A Breast Lump With Pain In Arm?

My wife's mum died at 44 from breast cancer, she has found a lumb in one of her breasts, it is not terribly painfull but she does say that her arm aches a bit when she moves it. She is 34, the same age as her mum was diagnosed. How likely is this to be something to worry about
