What Causes A Brown Spot On The Buttocks?

i have a brown dot on my buttox...a little smaller that a pencil eraser..i noticed it in October when i saw my dermatologist and she did not seem concerned..it gets irritated and then turns red but the redness goes away..it doesnt itch or bleed..what could it be
