What Causes A Bubble Under The Head Of Penis?

Hi, I used a penis pump. And after i tried to remove it, i had difficulties, once i did get if off of my shaft. I noticed a bubble under the head. Is this something that needs medical attention or is it something that can be resolved without seeking medical attention. Should i reframe from sexual contact.??
