i think my penis is bulged a little bit and bcoz of that i feel irritation of urine and i cannot involve in sex or masturbation.I have no erection problem,but due to this problem i am not gettin the full enjoyment of masturbation coz the heat and irritation is dominating my pleasure.what is the remedy and which doctor should i contact for this?
