What Causes A Bump On My Penis Head After Having Oral Sex?

About 3 weeks ago a girlfriend I've been for about a year ago gave me oral sex and she pulled my skin back which by the way I'm uncircumized and ever since I have a bruise type bump around my glans under my skin on my penis head. Almost close to my pee hole. I'm a little nervous of course because I've never had this problem before. Like I said its a dark color almost like a bruise color spot. What should I do and should I be concern about this situation?
