What Causes A Bump On The Penis Shaft?

I just went out to see fireworks and there were musquitos. I came back and now i feel a little bump on my penis its not that visible. Its musquito bite size, but i dont know if it is one. Its on the bottom of the long part of my penis. Pleass, tell me what this is?
