What Causes A Bump On The Toe Joint?

i have this bump on my thumb and one on my toe, it os almost unseen but ill bothers me, it is on my joint and doesn t have a point, i thought it was a warts i froze it with one of those things at the store u vcan buy and it did nothing, iv done that 3 time sand nothing has happened please help
