What Causes A Burning Sensation And Dryness In The Skin?

Hi i am a 45year old male and both cheeks below eyes and forehead flare up bright red when exposed to heat.I get a burning sensation and skin goes extremely dry and flakey. Work in a hot factory enviroment so its really getting to me. Any suggestions thx
