What Causes A Clear Discharge Leak From The Breast?

hi, I have been having a clear discharge from one nipple usually after my shower while I am drying the breast or if the nipple is squeezed. This am the discharge changed and was bloody not clear. what should I do? I have no insurance at this time and am very concerned as my aunt died from breast cancer in the 80's.
