What Causes A Clear Milky Discharge From The Breast?

My 15 year old was raped in feburary and she has had her periods ...now all of a sudden her breast r leaking a clear and milky liquid... Is this normal or do I need to take her back in to the doctors? She is 5'0" and weighs bout 90-95lbs. She does take vyvance, risperdal, guaficin,and several other meds for ADHD and depression.
