What Causes A Constant Buzzing Sensation In The Foot?

I have this buzzing sensation the same as a cell phone vibration, same timing... no pain, just annoying. Started last night and kept me awake all night. Its in my left foot at my bunion location very strange... any ideas what this could be. I am a healthy non smoker, 51 athletic eat well.. female thank you
