What Causes A Constant Pain Under The Ribs?

Hi, I've been experiencing a really bad pain in my left side, like right underneath my my ribs. I've been having this pain the past four days. At first I only got the pain when I took a deep breath, now it's just a constant pain. I can't eat anything either, I just throw everything up. Whats wrong with me?
