What Causes A Cyst On The Tube?

i have had a cyst on the tube that releases semen for over five years,at first it was a water cyst,every four months or so i get infections-the cyst used to be the size of a marble,but it seems to have vanished.i still get these crazy infections is it still there cirpofloxin doesnt seem to work any more,and the right testie aches alot-what do you think i should do thanks
