What Causes A Delayed Period, Cramping With Abdominal And Vaginal Pains?

Hi, my period is a week and six days late. I've being having left abdominal pains, mild cramps, sometimes shooting pains in my vagina so to speak. My nipples are on and off sensitive. I've been burping alot and when i do little bits of spew come up everytime. What could this mean. ?
