What Causes A Delayed Period With Spotting After Patch Discontinuance?

Hi, I've been on the patch for about 2 months now. And I noticed it affected my mood. I bursted out crying out of no where. I've been off my patch for about 2 weeks now. And I've noticed I've spotted twice and now I'm late for my period. Should I be worried?
