What Causes A Deviated Nasal Septum Despite Surgery?

hi, i am 22 years old male, and i had undergone a surgery for deviated nasal septum about 4 months back. now it is very clearly visible that my nose has deviated from its original position, i.e it looks bent or curved like a 'concave mirror". but as such i have no pain or blood loss.. nor do i have my allergies that i initially had before the surgery, wat could possibly be the problem and what should i do about it ??
